⏱️ Turnaround & Delivery
How long do custom orders take?
3D Printing: Most projects are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on size and complexity.
Laser Engraving & Cutting: Typically 2–4 business days.
Need it sooner? Express turnaround options are available—just mention your deadline when requesting a quote and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes, we ship to all UK addresses. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery speed you choose. Both standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped?
Local collection may be available depending on your location. Please mention this preference when requesting your quote and we'll arrange a convenient pickup time.

What file formats do you accept?
For 3D Printing:
- STL, OBJ, 3MF
For Laser Engraving & Cutting:
- Vector files (preferred): SVG, AI, PDF
- High-resolution images: PNG, JPG (300 DPI minimum)
Not sure if your file will work? Send it over when you request a quote and we'll let you know.
Can you help with design?
Absolutely. If you have an idea but need help creating a design file, we offer design assistance for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your project and we'll provide a quote for design services.

What's the maximum size for 3D prints?
Our Bambu Lab P1S has a maximum build volume of 256mm × 256mm × 256mm.
Need something larger? We can print larger projects in sections and provide assembly guidance to help you put the pieces together seamlessly.
What materials do you offer for 3D printing?
We offer a range of materials to suit different applications:
- PLA – Ideal for decorative items and prototypes
- PETG – Durable and flexible for functional parts
- ABS – Strong and heat-resistant for demanding applications

What materials do you work with for laser engraving?
We work with a variety of materials, including:
- Wood – Signs, plaques, decorative items

- Coated metals – Engraving only (anodised aluminium, painted steel)

How much does a custom project cost?
Pricing depends on several factors including material, size, complexity, and quantity. Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes to ensure you get accurate pricing.
Request a 3D printing quote or request a laser engraving quote and we'll provide a detailed estimate within 24 hours.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts are available for orders of 10 or more items. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quote with discounted pricing.
